My pup, named Dido, is now 16 months old and she totally amazes me. She has now camped in more that 24 states, absolutely loves to tree, hangs out on a drift boat in Montana and is the fastest dog I have ever know. She is totally biddable. I tell her to "stay close" and she does. Just an incredible hound. And a great fri ne.

Santino just turned a year old. I have taken him on 5 true hunts we are over 60 squirrels and two coons so far. He thinks he's human I think he is smarter than a lot I have met. He looks just like Rusty. Couldn't be happier with how he is doing he is a machine in the woods.

We bought our pup Finley from Mr Hillis about 8 months ago and couldnt have made a better choice. Finley is so great with my son, knows countless tricks, and is showing good sign that she will be a great hunter as well. I had my dog delivered by a friend of Mr Hillis which I was kinda sceptacle of at 1st but Mr Hillis seemed like a trust worthy good ole boy and with out a doubt is. The pup was in Conroe the next day and delivered by a respectful young man that he went to church with. We thank you Mr Hillis and when we are ready for another pup I'll definitly be calling.

My Ruger will be 3 this summer, I had him delivered to Minnesota. He is by far the best dog I have had! The personality on this guy is so different! He is affectionate and a hunter! He loves to climb trees and hunt the chipmunks and squirrels at my cabin! I will definitely buy another dog from you guys!! He is so handsome!

We have had our black mouth cur, Jane Dog, for ten years. She is the best dog and beloved family member. We live in the country (East Texas), and she protects our land, house, and my three boys. She loves kids, hates strangers, and knows the difference between friend or foe. She gets along with the other dogs, cats, and chickens.
